History

Our dedicated team offer 15 years’ experience in refurbishing and maintaining London property. Both our team and turnover have increased year on year as our client base has increased.

Nic Edwards

Nic spent the first 8 years of his professional career working in a sales and project management role for one of the UK’s leading interior fit-out companies. Working on a multi-site roll out programmes for many of the UK’s major retail chains. Developing a strong understanding of how the only way to retain good clients is to hit deadlines with a high-quality finish consistently. For over 15 years, Nic has been working in London, refurbishing private clients’ properties and leading property management companies.

Gary Chadwick

With over 35 years’ experience across multi-trades, Gary has a vast technical knowledge of most disciplines our tradesmen have to complete. For the last 10 years has used his skills in a project management role, breaking each project down into finite detail. A key to Gary’s daily role is mentoring our tradesmen into achieving a top-quality finish.

Principles & Process

Our ongoing principle is that the job is only finished, when our clients are satisfied and their project objectives are fulfilled.

What do our clients expect from us?

  • To be on time, on the correct day, working to a specification and cost already agreed with the client
  • Communicate with you over any issues, ideas or design change
  • Be polite and courteous when working in your home
  • Cover up and clean up
  • To not leave the property until you are happy with the work

Guarantees & Accreditations

All our workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee”. ( only exceptions being drainage, roof patch repairs and any items specifically listed in a quote).

Maintenance warranties often longer than 12 months will also be applicable. In cases such as boilers, extended warranties can be offered.
