External Refurbishment – PEBS is currently undertaking a major external refurbishment project for a prominent housing association on a large mansion block in Putney.
The scope of work includes restoring and painting windows and stonework across two elevations.
One of the main challenges has been the unpredictable weather. Our project manager has made weather forecasting a key focus, continuously adjusting labour resources to align with changing weather conditions, and ensuring progress remains on track despite the elements π§π§
PEBS recently completed the restoration and redecoration of this Kensington propertyβs external staircase. The staircase underwent stonework, metal work and render decoration, creating a great new look for the entrance of the property β¨β¨
The recently completed open plan kitchen/reception room brings to an end an 8-month project in Marylebone.
PEBS worked closely with the client and interior designers to completely transform this period property. We take great pride in the quality of the final finish, and the client was not only delighted with the end result but also with the exceptional service delivered throughout the project.
The works entailed structural changes, air conditioning installation, soundproofing, parquet flooring, a bespoke joinery package,2 bathrooms, a full rewire and lighting design, and all decorative works.
